About Mandi

I am a very proud lifelong resident of Tangipahoa Parish and daughter of local Entrepreneurs, David and Barbara Franks who have taught me how to be in successful in business and life. The lessons I have learned from them in business and real estate properties have made me excel in building trusting relationship with my clients. After being in the medical field as a healthcare provider for 14 years I decided to switch careers to real estate because it has been a lifelong dream and I am able to use the tools I learned in the medical field in real estate.

I enjoy spending time my family and husband Danny, my two sons Joseph and Jack. I love going to concerts and festivals and spending time with my friends Going to LSU tailgating and games is my favorite during football season and we are big Chicago Cubs fans. I love to travel and I am a huge Key Wester. We enjoy spending time on the Tickfaw River and Orange Beach. I have a passion for working out at my gym Spoga in Hammond, LA and being involved in my community. I am supporter of St. Jude’s Children Hospital and advocate for Domestic Violence awareness. A goal of mine is to open a free shelter within Tangipahoa parish to help survivors and their children of DV.
